I have been in construction for over 20 years. Mostly in boat companies & cabinet shops in the past 10-12years. Up until lately, its been a good field. Slow as heck now though.I am more in the office now than in the shop. I still make my own furniture and still have some learning to do.
I'm mostly a bowhunter going after the four-legged types. Never gone duck hunting. Took a grouse in Maine once with my recurve bow. That was cool, especially since I was out with a friend who didn't get anything with his shotgun that day! Sometimes you get lucky! The door project sounds nice.
The background behind me is a high ridge in the "Mt. Zirchel" Wilderness of north central Colorado. Over that ridge is Mt. Zirchel, (12,500 ft, which you can not see in the picture), which we summited the next day.

Hows your summer going. Well, I'll see you back at school, you are coming back right?
Take care, Lee P.K.
