I don't know how much you are looking at spending but here are a couple of possible solutions.
Thermwood offers a rotary playback which allows you to machine turnings. You can view some of this here:

Anybody out there producing turnings with CNC equipment? I am interested in getting a CNC lathe. Currently I am using manual copy lathes.
