Fraser, Check out Hafele's lock - 235.09.000. It can handle material from 7/8" to 1 3/8" by turning the mounting flange. It also comes with 2 different cams for various applications. Hope this helps…

Hafele doesnt offer that clip that you're referring to. You might want to try Lee Valley or
Rockler...

Hi, I have been looking for a clip to hold my wooden hammers in the boxes that I make. It needs to grip a 1/2" turned handle. Maybe you know of something that would work? Lee.
