ITALPRESSE PMDE-1 press (Hydraulic cold pressing line for panels lamination)

The ITALPRESSE cold pressing line mod. PMDE-1 shown in this video is dedicated for the production of structural panels.
The line is composed by a scissors lift; feeder; panel brush; glue spreader; minimum contact disc conveyor; automatic lay up system; press and unloading roller conveyor.
A wide variety of customized lines are available depending on each customer need.
A significant benefit of the hydraulic cold presses manufactured by ITALPRESSE is given by the possibility to descend completely with the pressing platen, providing the possibility to press small batches without the need of using fillers that need to be also stocked into the shop.
